To all CSU scholarship students, 

CSU is currently carrying out the Annual Review for CSU Scholarship students. Annual Review is a comprehensive evaluation of the University Scholarship students in our university. If a CSU scholarship student fails to pass the evaluation, the scholarship will be downgraded or canceled.

1. Participants: All CSU scholarship students who have studied in CSU for more than ONE semester must take part in this review, including preparatory Chinese language learning students now.

Notes:

(1) Students who are in suspension need to take the annual review.

(2) Those who are enrolled in Sept 2020 and finish the suspension procedure before Jan 2021 don’t need the annual review.

(3) Students who will graduate in July 2021 don’t need the annual review.

2. Required Documents (all in hardcopies)

(1) CSU Annual Review Form (Student Version);

(2) Transcripts from the beginning year to the present;

(3) (optional) Other supporting materials, such as publication paper, awards, etc.

3. Review Requirement

Students in the South campus and Railway campus please prepare the required documents and submit all documents to office 211, School of International Education before MAY 31. Medical students please submit to Xiangya New Campus Xiaoqian Building 708. The students who are outside of China please find the student in China to help you submit the hardcopies before MAY 31.

Those who fail to submit the documents before the deadline will automatically be deemed as giving up the scholarship.

Notes: 

(1) CSU Annual Review Form needs the information on your awards, published paper, participated activities, etc.

(2) SIE will contact the supervisors for opinions directly. Graduate students don’t need to contact their supervisors for opinions.

(3) For self-support students who want to apply for CSU scholarship, please finish all the procedures above.
