Orientation held for 2019 International Freshmen

At 3:00 p.m. on October 23, the orientation for 2019 international freshmen was conducted in the CSU Lecture Hall in the New Campus. The lecture was attended by over 700 international students worldwide, representatives of the Population and Immigration Management Branch of the Changsha Public Security Bureau, School of International Education, Logistics Department, and a professional team of Xiangya Hospital.
Police Officer Zhang Jingjing of the Population and Immigration Management Branch of the Changsha Public Security Bureau gave a lecture on the laws and regulations related to the exit and entry and the application of residence permit. Administrators from School of International Education and the Logistics Department explained the school regulations and disciplines related to international students’ study, life and management, The professional team from Xiangya Hospital conducted health education for international students, reminding them of adjusting themselves in accordance with the diet and climate in Changsha so as to maintain physical and mental health.
The lecture further enhanced international students' understanding of the laws and regulations in China, school disciplines, etc, and helped them better adapt to studying and living in CSU.
